CBSS was subcontracted by Guillaume Nel Environmental Consultants to undertake an evaluation of water governance aspects (NWA section21(c) and (i)) associated with the proposed mining of a sand dune by the Kareeberg Municipality, for road-repair purposes.

This evaluation inter alia entailed an assessment to determine whether water uses as described under section 21(c) and/or (i) are associated with the proposed development.
